Here we can make pizza with easly available ingredients. It is so tasty and yummy.
INGREDIENTS:
Large sized potato - 2
Onions(chopped) - 250 g
Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2
Ginger (finely chopped) - 5 g
Tomatoes (chopped) - 100 g
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) - 1
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cheese cube - 1
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD:
Peel the potatoes and cut into round slices. Fry till the potatoes become brown and cryspy.
Heat 2 tbsp.of oil, add onion, ginger,green chilli and fry till transparent.
Add tomatoes, capsicum and sugar. Saute for two mts. Add spices, salt, coriander leaves. Mix well. Arrange the slices on a baking tray. Spread the fried masala on the slices with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 250degrre F for 2-3 mts.
Serve hot with Tabasco sauce.
