Turkey tenderloins, minced - 120gm
Egg white - 2
Oats - 1 /2 cup
Onion choped - 1/8
Garlic cloves - 2
Chilli pepper - 1 pinch
Sea salt - 1 pinch
Herb mix - 1 pinch
METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients togethee in a bowl.
2. Make 2 or 3 patties and frt on both sides untill they are cooked through and have a nice colour.
3. Spread the fat free cheese on top while cooking the last minute.
