Tandoori Paneer

Preparation time: 10 mnts , cooking time: 10 mts


Paneer     - 200g
Fat free yoghurt  - 50g
Chilli powder   - 1tsp
Ginger-garlic paste  - 1 tsp
1/2 green bell pepper, cut in to chunks
1/2 red bell pepper , cut in to chunks
Onion sliced  - 1


1. Cut the paneer into squares.
2. Mix the yoghurt, chilli, ginger-garlic paste           and dip the paneer , peppers and onions in          it.
3. Thread the pieces evenly on a skewer or on a
    satay stick.
4. Cook in the oven at 200degree c for 20 mts         but check and turn after 10 mts.
